Super Star Car Wash - Wilmot Rd & Grant Rd

Edited : its been more than 3 months, the company refuse to cover the cost of the damage, the keep promising to pay, but its bullshit, don't wash your car here! they wont pay you Please avoid this car wash company. I have a membership for year and have visited this carwash several times. Don’t take your car to this location. It will be damaged to your car and even if you submit a claim, We’re already on your car. its been a week, the customer service department absolutely did not get back to me and I will never spend another dime in such a horrible unprofessional company ever again.

Love this place! The car wash is excellent and they offer all amenities to wipe down and clean inside and out. Shawn sold me the membership and he was fantastic! He gave me all the details to make a choice to meet my needs. Thank you Shawn!

Great car wash place, love that I can wash my car as many times as I want because I have the monthly membership. I’m a Lyft driver so very helpful. Also love the free vaccums, free air freshener, and cleaning towels. Great staff, very friendly, and always helps me when I need it. Thank you guys! Badge: Shawn

Went to this car was on Wilmont and grant to get my vehicle washed before heading back to Texas and had the best experience. The person who helped me was the employee I believe he name was Desrae (reminded me of my daughter), she was nice and super helpful. If I come back to Tucson I'll be coming to this spot again.

***** BUYER BEWARE ! DO NOT GO TO THIS FAULTY CAR WASH LOCATION OR YOUR VEHICLE WILL MOST LIKELY GET DAMAGED ! ****** Incident happened 5th of July 2025 between 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Top part of my vehicle was heavily damaged by the awful aggressive brushes set up inside of this car wash. I am still waiting for reimbursement and the details for where i can get my car fixed by the company. When I asked to see the interior camera footage the staff told me the cameras were off since yesterday. Thankfully I took lots of videos and photos of the incident. I will update this review once my vehicle gets fixed and reimbursed by the company. BUYER BEWARE!
