I’m extremely disappointed with SuperATV’s customer support. I’ve purchased two Rhino axles within a three-month period, and each axle lasted only one trip. That alone is frustrating enough, but the real issue was how customer service handled it. I called in hoping for something, a discount code, credit, or at least some acknowledgment, to help soften the blow of having to buy yet another axle or boot. In the past, I’ve always received discount codes via email as a returning customer, so I didn’t think this was an unreasonable request. The rep I spoke with wouldn’t help at all and didn’t even seem interested in looking up my account to see that I’ve bought two axles in three months. We built our rzr with a lot of superatv parts. First our radius rods break. They will not cover this under the warranty. Then our rear fabricated high clearance trailing arms cracked and broke, we called for replacement and were told it would not be covered under warranty. Steering rack 2.0 broke off of our frame and we just called today to see about getting a new one under warranty and they say they won’t cover it under warranty as we are a few days past our warranty. They offered no help. Moral of the story: IF YOU WANT GOOD, SOLID AND STURDY PARTS BACKED BY A SOLID WARRANTY THEN DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERATV. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PARTS. We are extremely disappointed. We have their portals on our rzr even. We now are planning to sell our rzr and will never use superatv

Purchased 2 aftermarket power steering kits. The installation instructions were complete and had detailed color photos. After the installation, one machine was flawless, the other had intermittent issues. Our customer support contact was Ricky in Shreveport. He helped us diagnose the problem and promptly sent the needed parts to replace a defective ECU. The replacement unit arrived and was easy to change out. Both systems are working perfectly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the power steering kit and Ricky's support was outstanding.

Awesome staff

I've experienced the worst customer service here than anywhere else. For parts that aren't on their website you have to call to place an order. They kept telling me they'd call back. They never do. It took 3 weeks to place an order. Then they shipped the wrong parts. Took several phone calls to fix the issue, once again they don't call back. Then they only ship 1 of the 4 parts. So the trip I had been working so hard to go on had to get canceled due to their poor service and their own product knowledge. Im still waiting on a call back to finish ordering parts.
