Update 3 hours after posting initial review: Spoke to John and then Shawn- turns out the check was posted but Victoria didn’t send the information over my way. I received the check the amount is clear. I updated my stars from 2-3 and the only reason I am placing negative stars is the lack of communication.. Shawn did explain the challenges he’s facing, so I do understand the delay. I will say the sales team are excellent and definitely buy your bike from them.!! I was skeptical that they could sell my bike on consignment as the weather was getting colder as I have a picture of me buying my bike in February of 2023 in a t-shirt. It sold in less than 2 weeks. I was told a 20 day max on getting my check for the sale which happened before that. Very happy with my experience. So to any negative feedback on anyone else's experience, no problem for me. If I were to sell in the future Superbike Showroom is where I will go. Never met Shawn I was talking to throughout the sale but he's the MAN. THANK YOU!!!!! Getting consignment check was easy. It's my bank that held it to disburse in 3 separate payments 🙄.

I bought a 2017 bmw r1200gs from here. It was the first purchase I have done without actually seeing the car/bike in person. I was impressed by the bike for it's low mileage and overall condition. I would purchase from them again without hesitation. I bought a hex to reset the service reminder, as I do all my own maintenance. I recently took a trip through 25 degree weather up through southern Idaho, and wow, what a bike. I now own my dream bike, and ride it as often as possible, rain or shine, street or dirt. Transactions for payment were SOLID. I had NO ISSUES with title/payment/receiving. Clean operation in a difficult business. Overall a great place to get a great bike. I saw one of their listings pop up for a bike that I’ve been looking for, so I put in an inquiry through the website. Shawn got back to me the next day and answered all of my questions about it, sent some additional photos at my request, and outlined the delivery process, fees and schedule to get it to my door. The price was more than right so I had him draw up the paperwork. Ann sent that within the hour to which I electronically signed and returned with a virtual check. There were no bogus line items or surprises, everything was very transparent. Less than a week later I have the bike in my garage some 400 miles away. Bruhhh! First off this show room is HUGE & filled with beautiful bikes! There is something for everyone! The staff was amazing & gave us the space to look around but reassured to answered any questions we had. They allowed us to hear a bike start up, they even allowed us to sit on one. Super nice with our kids as we walked around looked at bikes, was friendly & customer service was beyond great! Ann was amazing with helping us with our purchase & jon too! They both went above & beyond to help finalize our purchase of our new Victory Boardwalk, they stayed after hours to help us! on a Friday! Bike is super beautiful & sounds hella great! We are beyond happy with this purchase & couldn’t have gone to a better place! We will be back to make another purchase in the future! So if you’re looking
