Superior Auto Body

I've had nothing but issues with the quality of work at Superior. They replaced my roof panel in 2020, and my truck has been back to them 5 times to have work corrected, and it's still not done properly. I've had rust show up under the paint multiple times. Yeah, they take the truck back and try to correct the problem, but another one shows up. This is how my truck looked when I got it back on Friday evening 4/11/25. They had my truck for 2 weeks, and it looks horrible. Of course, they added plenty of new stretches to the interior and exterior of my car. Please, for your own sake. Rake your vehicle elsewhere

I was referred to Superior Auto Body by State Farm after an accident to get an estimate. Even though I didn’t end up moving forward with repairs, John was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Superior Auto Body.

The bumper I came in for looks good and it was done very timely. However when I came to pick it up, first thing I noticed was a sizable dent above my drivers door (you know the door that I use 4-5 times a day). Tried to say it was there when I brought it in when I know for a fact I had no dents other than the rear end damage that was supposed to get fixed. John the auto body manager and the owner are claiming no fault but say they have pictures of when it came in (pictures are from an hour after I dropped it off in a different location). Not to mention the guy who had my keys that they couldn’t find for 15 minutes because he was just chillin in my vehicle with the doors closed after they called and told me it was all done. Would’ve been a 5 if not for the lying and lack of accountability.

unfortunately I had the misfortune to think that this body shop would do a good job with my car, they did not, they had my car for almost 2 months, they could not get the parts, after getting the parts, it took them a month to fix a rear collision of my Lancer Evo, all the updates were false , they could not give me date to have the car ready , after waiting all that time at least I thought they would do a good job, but no, there were many mistakes in the paint, the bumper did not fit well, they lost many Retention clips and then lying to me that the car came without those clips from the factory and if I did not believe them, they told me to ask the dealer, I went and found out that those clips were missing. I gave them many opportunities to fix their mistakes but they only made them up

I came in with a busted rear bumper and broken blind spot monitoring. I left with a beautifully restored bumper, working blind spot monitoring, and two dome lights that no longer work. Great job on the repair, but the supplemental damage takes away from the repair. Additionally, one of the pieces holding my dash in place, albeit very small, is now missing as well, taking away from the interior aesthetic of the vehicle.
