My daughter's car was totaled in an accident. Superior was honest of what it would take to fix it, but also what structurally was wrong and why it wasn't worth it to try to fix it. They worked with the insurance companys adjuster to get the claim settled and paid in a few weeks.

I had a lot of work needed on my car. I got a price to include many parts for the car, he asked for a deposit and I paid cash. That was unfortunate. He gave me a timeframe for the car but it was two weeks late and he called in a rush telling me that the parts he needed were not available. He used many of my old parts and asked me for some I discarded becuase I expected new parts. Nevertheless using old parts he came up with a reason the price was the same as with new parts what! I had already given him most of the cash up front and he took advantage. I felt like a victim of crime but had no recourse except do not use this vendor. If you must than get an itemized list of parts and make sure he can get them all before paying him. Although he's just not honest so don't even bother with this i
