I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, I was impressed by how professional and welcoming everything was. Luke and Alex were absolutely amazing — honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They clearly explained what was needed, didn’t upsell unnecessary work, and kept the pricing fair. Communication throughout the process was excellent. What really stood out was the level of customer care — they even covered an Uber ride home at their own cost, which says a lot about how much they value their customers. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

I'm new to the area and needed my car serviced as well as had issues with my engine overheating. I found Superior Auto on here on google and based off reviews decided to bring my car to them. And I'm so glad I did! They were great! They did a whole diagnostic, showed me the issue and fixed it the same day. I'll definitely use them for all my future auto needs and highly recommend them

Great service. I had an issue with the emergency brake on my BMW and they did a great job fixing it. The repair was done very quickly and the price was reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.

10/10 Recommend - especially in a pinch My car experienced a significant radiator fluid leak, naturally the evening before my parents were coming into town for the holidays. I called around, and Superior Auto promptly made me an appointment for the following morning as soon as they opened. Within 5 minutes they had the problem diagnosed, and an uber awaiting to take me back home to wait for my quote for repairs. They called within 30 minutes, gave me some options, and I had my car back to me the very next morning. They even offered to help me arrange pickup for my parents since my car was not going to be back to me in time. I can’t thank you guys enough for such prompt, thoughtful, communicative, and compassionate service and support you provided. Highly recommend choosing Superior Auto.
