Someone broke the passenger side window of my car, I called the next morning and got an appointment for the same day. They came here, exactly during the timeframe they gave on the phone, replaced the window and cleaned up all the broken glass that was inside the car. Price is very reasonable and also exactly what they told me on the phone. Awesome service, super nice people, very smooth experience and less than 24 hours after the break-in all signs of the incident were gone.

Our car was broken into at the Golden Gate Bridge. I called several companies and many were closed due to Covid. Some I couldn’t even get a person. After calling Superior Auto, I had a person on the phone who was wanting to help us get a same day appointment. He estimated a technician would be there in 2-3 hours. Juan arrived well under 2 hours. Juan did an incredible job cleaning the glass from our vehicle and the parking lot. He was fast yet precise in putting the new window in as well as cleaning it. He made sure the electronics were good on the window and did everything quickly without compromising quality. If I’m ever in the SF area and need services, this will be the company! Honestly, they were the one bright spot that Friday afternoon when our window was broken and several luggage

This place is awesome, I called the day of and they were able to come fix my window within a few hours. He was on time, polite, and even vacuumed all of the broken glass out of my car. Also they were cheaper than a lot of the other places I called around to. He finished my car in about 45 min.

Worst experience ever. I had an appointment for them to come fix my window and they never showed because I missed their call. Wasted my whole morning waiting for them to show. Bad business practices. I would never recommend them to anyone. This is not how you run a business.
