Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Been over a year. Still haven’t been able to get my truck tagged. Title mess up after title mess up. Have driven the truck a total of 3 months out of the year I’ve owned it. It’s nice paying 700$ a month on a truck that sits and can’t be driven. Never again. Finally may have gotten it straightened out today but that doesn’t make up for a year of lost time. 4 times to clerks office. 5 times to superiors office

They don’t work with you they come out and boot your car without giving you a call or Anything Even though I have not been late or missed payment since I got the car. I would recommend go to any other dealership, One of the workers is a complete fool, rude, and will cuss you out for no reason and does not know what he’s doing. He needs to be fired and get a new job because this is not for him raising his voice at customers cussing them out.

The process was simple and easy! The staff were kind and friendly. 3/5 stars because I had 2 issues. My car was not cleaned. I cleaned it myself even vacuuming food from under the seats. The car had no lightbulb in the driver’s side headlight.

They’ll take your car if life happens and your late 1 time in a yr they drive off in it . I was going to be late 2-3 days because I lost my debit card n they took it while I slept SHAMEFUL BEWARE Oh the 1st car I bought was never late 1 time paid it off in 3 yrs this car I’ve had almost 1 yr so 4 yrs of NEVER BEING LATE but if life happens go somewhere else I promise you’ll regret going superior auto Hopkinsville ky

They were horrible they tried to trap me in a contract with a lemon of a car I bought the car Friday the engine light came on that night I took it to go get looked at they said this car is a lemon the transmission was gone the spark plugs were gone the servicing belt was gone and anything that needed to be flushed out needed to be flushed out so I basically got a lemon and all of this was well within my 72 hours I highly don't recommend anyone to purchase any car from that lot because every car on that lot is a lemon so unless you have money for the card and to immediately put it in the shop as soon as you get it I would advise you not to go through that car lot
