The guys at the shop were great, the people on the other end of the computer, not so much. I walked in at about 2:45pm, I FINALLY drove off the lot just shy of 7pm. 4 hours for the receiving end of the paper work to get their crap together. I was seriously about to walk out and not come back. The salesman on the lot were great. Good guys.

The guys here are amazing they have helped me into 2 cars now and they are/were fantastic cars

Me and my beautiful wife bought a 2021 Chevy trax today and we are super excited pretty cool guys there too!!

Update: My bank somehow had a glitch which I’m assuming was a cyber attack and returned all 3 of my income checks to the main source. I called superior auto the moment I found out and was informed that they have no grace period and that my car would be up for repossession the following day. I think that is insane. I understand people do some foul stuff but I personally believe that all companies should allow at least 5 to 10 days. Things happen to people and some situations can’t be avoided. I assume they pull these foul moves because they know they are people’s last options when their credit is ruined and they are trying to do better. For this reason I would no longer recommend this company. Considering this is becoming a country that will no longer use cash and everything will be digital
