Joni is the best she took her time and found me the perfect vehicle her time and patients and understanding of my physical needs was amazing. She was not just trying to make a sale she was making sure that I was satisfied with what I got . She worked very diligent and kept up with me letting me know we weren't giving up. If you are one day later on your payment they will start repossessing of your vehicle. I literally had to put my dad in a nursing home called him. And explained it to him, and they said, if I didn't make it there by the end of closing time. For the beginning of the next day, which would be saturday, they were gonna start repossessing progress over $4.00. My insurance elapsed, and they put special coverage on my van.Without my permission also I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this place.This will be my last car that I buy from him.They are nothing but a headache

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would. They came to my place of work and tried to repossess my car. I forgot to call them to let them know that I had something come up and I tried talking to them. I asked to talk to the lady that runs the store there in Vincennes. I pleaded and begged for them to work with me because I would have the payment to them today, I just didn't know when. In the contract is states that there is no grace period which I think is stupid. Things come up unexpectedly at last minute that no one can help or foresee in the future. The girl came to my window and said that she told her boss that she believed me when I said I would pay. If I could give 0 stars I would. My check was deposited late so I didn’t get it until a Saturday evening when the payment was due on a Friday and they literally just took the car with out even saying anything. Once time this happen to me before and I couldn’t pay it until a Sunday and my car was never taken then. I did nothing but make payments on time for a whole year and 5 months ( besides those two times) and they literally did me so bogus and have the audacity to ask me if I still wanted the vehicle. Most vehicle company’s give a 10 day grace period but this place? Absolutely not. They’ll try to screw you any way possible then have the audacity to ask you if you still want the vehicle. They’ll harass your references as well to the point it’s ridiculous. Because of them I lost my job an
