That was how I felt that day…but today 3 weeks later, I am not feeling that way anymore. Car started showing problems within a week, week 2 car could not be driven, now, on day 20 my Chevy Malibu, is getting a transmission, reasons it broke down were things wrong with car when I got it and now I am using my whole warranty, and I am paying people to get to store and work, for at least next couple weeks, and still paying my payments, as is life isn’t hard enough, if this car would of been serviced right and checked over properly I would not be dealing with this. I truly just don’t even want the car anymore, cause now I’m stressed something else will go wrong and I have no warranty. Went to many different dealer ships with sales people that didn’t want to help or weren’t friendly went in here and heather went above and beyond and got me in a extremely nice ride low miles newer I must say this place was awesome she was very very helpful and knew the answers to all questions explained everything throughly can’t thank her enough thanks for all your help and knowledge heather if your looking for a ride stop in and talk to her she will get you taken care of definitely will buy from here again !! I went in to explore the possibility of getting a car given my credit score and the limited savings I had. Open to any option available. Heather processed everything and presented me with the choices. I was approved but required a co-signer. Since I had no one who could or would help, I thanked her and left. Over the next few days, she called me while I was at work, but I assumed it was spam. Eventually, I returned her call to find out why she had reached out, and she inquired if I had found a co-signer, which I hadn’t. She said she would call me back.
