I brought my 1997 Buick to Todd and he had it diagnosed and fixed the same day. He also charged me a very fair price. Highly recommend his service. I live in Orem and will be bringing all of my cars to him. He just helped one of my neighbors also and I am sure he did a great job with them. We just went through a third auto repair with Superior Auto since the first of the year. They are great. They always give us an estimate of what it will cost and stick to it. This time Todd had to add a couple of things, but he let us know beforehand so we could approve the extra cost. We feel that they are very thorough and very fair! We will continue to go back to Superior Auto.

I brought my 2011 Subaru to this shop to have the radiator replaced. After the job was done, the car began running poorly, shaking, and showing several warning lights. When I returned for help, the shop denied responsibility for the problem and wanted to charge me again. I had the car checked at AutoZone, where the diagnostic scan showed P0301 and P0303 misfire codes, which they confirmed were related to the radiator replacement. Despite this information, the mechanic refused to make it right and even tried to charge me $160 just to scan the car, a service that most auto parts stores provide for free. Because of this experience, we are reporting the shop to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau, and we plan to file a small-claims case in court to recover
