My experience purchasing a vehicle from Superior Auto Wholesalers in Burlington, New Jersey, was excellent. Most importantly, the car is fantastic. After the purchase, I had it checked by multiple mechanics, and they agreed that the vehicle was in exceptionable condition. They also decided that the price paid made it a tremendous value. The transaction was comfortable and accessible from the initial phone call answered quickly and professionally to driving the car out of the dealership. Our salesperson John waited for us to arrive many hours after being closed for the day. He gave us a very detailed and informative inspection of the vehicle and a test drive. He claimed that the car was in uniquely excellent condition, and he was correct. John was pleasant to work with, and he made the time

A lot of other people complain that this place is bad for used cars/the dealer is a bad person for not helping much after a car is sold. In the building there are bold signs saying cars are sold as is, you even have to sign a contract agreeing with it. The cars for sale average between 2k-5k with over 150k miles. These cars are not gonna be brand new quality. But, I feel the service could be better. The dealer isn’t always on time which creates conflicts with people who have work schedules. Another thing is when I purchased a car here, the engine light came on the next day which means the dealer turned it off temporarily. So I feel like this place is a generous 3/5 stars. You get what you pay for, you’re not going to get a phenomenal car for 3k that has over 150k miles! Great place for eme

The cars are what they are. At the price, most of them are going to be junk, but there are some diamonds in the rough if you're willing to wait and act fast. However, they charge a $500 document fee, which they do not tell you ONLY includes getting you the title. Plates and registration (plus the fee) is all on you. Other dealers include it all for far less. Had I known that I would have told them just sign the title over and I'd do all of it myself.

After shopping for the right car for over a month, I finally made it to this lot....I took the time to choose the right car. The dealer was patient and accommodating of my time since I work during the day when most places close by 5pm. John was willing to work outside normal hours and we landed a deal on Christmas Eve. I was worried about the 160k miles on the engine--Turns out I got the best gem on the lot. still running strong 4 months later. My mechanic advised that its a solid car that should last. Performed some routine maintenance on the car which was key to resolving any concerns I had...Any issues found were quickly solved without any tools or parts before I purchased the car. I wish I started rather than ended my search here.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They sold me a car with transmission problem!! I brought the car in Oct and by November the check engine light came on. I went to a mechanic shop for that issue. 1 week later the mechanic found out it’s transmission problem and he said you should give it back cause it will cost more than 4k! I just used the car 10 miles before the mechanic found out the issue and so much other things were wrong. The radio was not working the next day I turned the car on. The transmission had leak , support has a leak , motor mounts are worn out. Spend over 7k to spend 6k more to fix all the issues the car had after buying it. This is ridiculous this was my first time buying a car and the experience was horrible. I would never recommend one the buy a vehicle from here at all
