Absolutely awful. Bought a car here that immediately broke down, the owner refused to cover the work, although that was promised at sale. Vehicle turned out to have a salvaged title which was told it did not at sale. Do not do business with this place, they are dishonest and horrible.

I flew in from California for my brother's funeral. I stayed to help my mom through a heart valve replacement and tie up loose ends like getting my brother's intoxalock removed. Anthony went on and on about what a great customer/friend my brother was and how he would help us out. Well THREE no call, no show service appointments later, all he managed to do was add more stress to our lives and waste two weeks of precious time. Prairie Auto in Baraboo got the job done in a couple of hours and charged the battery for an unbelievably low rate. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the bullshit we had to endure during the most stressful time of our lives. May you have the day you deserve Anthony.

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. Drove 2 hrs to look at an Audi and even after they knew we were coming to look at it the car wasn’t there. Then we were told to drive an extra 30 mins as the car was in their garage. We finally get to see the car and ask for a test drive and the man said that’s fine but someone will have to sit in the back and hold the door shut as the lock was broken and the door wouldn’t shut. They claimed there was no prior damage but there was obvious signs. He finally admitted they replaced the bumper and that was it. Yet we found cracks in the door frame and other damage signs. Seems they are a very dishonest company and are looking at the easiest way possible to unload their crap while having very poor customer service. Highly recommend to not even bother h

After getting codes read and cleared from a local parts store, my car wouldn't start again after it got shut off outside of city hall. I tried calling various places a shortly before, at and after 6pm. Anthony was the only person to speak with me from any of the local Reedsburg service centers that I tried. My car was looked at and running again by the end of day the next day. Anthony was extremely straightforward and would not give any fluff or false answers when there simply weren't any to be found due to car computer memory wipe from extended dead battery. Superior automotive had a 2011 honda pilot for sale . I told them I would be down there to get it first thing Monday morning its a 2hr drive which he was aware of. He said they would have it ready .I called on my way there several times with no answer . I arrived at 11 . Finally he called me back and I had to wait another 30/45 mins before they showed up . Upon arrival nothing was ready . Took it for a test drive seemed ok in town . On my way home it shook terrible I called him and let him know . I took it to a shop and the tires were severely out of balance 3 ounces to be exact . The tires were shot all weather Checked between the treads . He also told me they replaced an A arm and a strut he couldn't remember. The shop I brought it to said nothing was replaced. On top of that when they
