In the process to Sue this dealership for selling me a lemon. Talking to MTO and OMVIC as well. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM. Spent 3-4 weeks trying to get the safety certificate from them, that i did not get when i bought the vehicle, still haven’t gotten it. If a vehicle needs more than $13,000 in REPAIRS and 7 MONTHS of back and forth with the service department, within 14 MONTHS of BUYING it, it’s probably a good idea to avoid the dealership. Service department was very helpful Jude and Dylan were very helpful and had the best customer service I have ever seen. I would not trust sales department. They will tell you that the vehicle is practically new and doesn’t need anything in repairs or any problems will be fixed before delivery. But you will get a lot of surprises later on.

JP is hands down the best salesman I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He's very knowledgeable and does his very best to help in any way he can.
