Customer service rep was really knowledgeable! I ordered the wrong year air ride for my truck thinking it was JUST a 08. Come to find out through Scott over there, my truck was built towards the end of 08 so I have some 09 parts. He helped me correct the problem and I must say I am very pleased! Thanks guys!

These guys Quoted me a price with extra stuff like mount replacement, shackles, and such so there would be no suprises. and lower if they didn't need everything. I thought their Quote was high but I figured with a name like "Superior Spring" they would know what they where looking ar. Not having to replace everything that was quoted (No shackles, extra parts) they said it took them 6 hrs. to do what a back yard Mechanic could do in 4 (Or any other shop). Then they charged me $150 over there highest estimate. Very not happy

Always helpful staff. If they don't have exactly what you want, they come up with a workable solution that works well.

Just a great place to do business. They go out of their way to treat you the best they can everytime whether in person or on the phone.

In and out very quickly. Instead of spending $600+ for 2 new leaf springs I got 2 repair kits for much less.
