Superior transmission shop knows what they are doing! Very experienced mechanics. Owner Eddie communicated well with me. Definitely recommend their services to anyone. Junior the mechanic worked on my jeep and left it good as knew 😄 (give him a raise!!!)

Horrible customer service, and the owner has the worst attitude. My car has been getting it's transmission "replaced" for 4 months, and every 2 weeks, he's been saying it's almost ready. Went to the shop last week to see my car almost get smashed by their shitty garage door. To add insult to injury, while the owner is working on your car for months, he's also listening to Andrew Tate and blue pill podcasts. This is a horrible place with horrible people who will just lie to you and damage your car further while still expecting you to pay for the damages. If the owner is reading this, QUIT YOUR JOB, YOU SUCK AT IT. I took my 4L60E transmission out of my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am to Eddie and his crew. I had lost fourth gear and third gear was already slipping pretty bad. When I arrived to the shop I was immediately welcomed by his son Junior. I explained to him my situation and he said no problem bring it in we'll take care of you. A few minutes later the owner Eddie showed up and immediately began to tear down the transmission so that he can pinpoint the problem. Sure enough the three and four clutches were shot and he showed me this physically. I left my transmission there and it only took him a couple days to get it completely rebuild with some performance upgrades. Needless to say Eddie and his crew did an excellent job on my transmission. Once everything was bolted back together again I test drove t

6 weeks for the initial rebuild, broke down after 2 weeks. Took it back in, resulted in 2 more weeks at the shop “minor adjustments done”. One week after that, transmission overheated and was forced to cancel my trip. Brought it back, currently approaching the 4 week mark on the third attempt to fix my “rebuilt” transmission, and counting. Don’t expect updates for calls either, they are too busy with other vehicles (not mine) to do that. I hope the final product is worth the 14+ week wait with no second vehicle and high expenses for vehicle rental. I’ve been extremely patient watching my vehicle sitting outside of the maintenance bay (the way it is now) having no work done on it, again, I’m doing this after 13+ weeks. Superior transmission shop is a joke, we were very patient with Eddy even with all the excuses. Even worse, he can’t keep to his word still waiting for the information of the electrical mechanic. He took the truck too and the locksmith he used. And these Mechanics wonder why people have lost faith in them. MOST importantly top notch on your professionalism and phone adequacy as an owner.
