I had my toyota highlander in to chris for the transmission. It was acting funky and I didn't feel comfortable having my wife and kids in it. Chris checked it out and It ended up needing a transmission rebuild. I called a few other shops with the codes chris pulled and the way it was driving and the other shops quoted me higher and the dealer actually quoted me almost double chris' quote. The other shops were about the same or less but Chris took his time to explain what the actual issue was and how his rebuild fixes the problems. His warranty was also the best and I really didn't want a used transmission in the car, we use it to go on trips and my kids travel soccer matches. I thought my car was dead. This model has cut troubles and I ready started looking at a replaced used car. I asked for an estimate to replace the transmission, but they insisted I bring it in. When they put the car up on the lift and found a leaking fluid line, they fixed it, refilled the fluid and test drove it. My car is back to normal and running great. The price was right, there was no long wait, the staff was excellent and communicated well. Oh! Almost forgot! They CALLED ME BACK after a few days to make sure everything was working okay.
