Superior Wheel And Tire

We moved to Hugo a little over a year ago, and this was the first tire shop we used. I personally had a good experience, but my husband previously had a bad one, waiting over four hours just to have tires put on. I chalked it up to a fluke and encouraged us to try this location again when my tire needed a patch. We went in around 10:00 this morning and were told they were very busy because they had customers with appointments. My husband asked, “How do we get an appointment?” and we were told, “Come back at three.” We said okay and left with the understanding that we had an appointment at that time. When I returned at 3:00, I was then told to come back again at 4:30. That was the point where my gut instinct told me I should have gone across town to the other tire shop instead, but I igno

Amazing service with kind and efficient employees. The waiting area is large, clean and has vending machines if you want a drink or snack while you're waiting. We've bought tires for our trucks and trailers there. Also, had to have several flats repaired.

My 82 year old mother bought 2 new Bridgestone tires, she was on her way to the doctor and had a blow out on one of them, come to find out, the "new" tires was 9 years old. I called Justin and told him about it and he said he would make it good. When she went to get them put on, he brought the car back to the front from installing the replacement tires, but instead of putting a new pair of Bridgestone tires back on the car, he put Ironman tires. I called to see what happened, he said that's all they were getting. I said that's not right, she paid for Bridgestone. And he pretty much threatened me with violence and hung up on me. That's pretty hard up when you have to take advantage of the elderly. So NO, I do not recommend this business.
