Let me start by saying I'm not coming here ever again. I came here at exactly 12:45 PM, I asked for the VIP option. It is now 3:00 PM and the car has yet to be touched. No employee has even started cleaning the car. Are they busy? No, they only have 3 cars including mine and 3 Zip guys working. I asked the guy cleaning if there was any update on my car. He said no, we haven't touched it yet, speak to the guy in the back. I spoke to the cashier, she said speak to the guy in the back and guess what he told me? You have to wait. No, we are sorry, we are busy, I'll get someone out there, nope, nothing. Just a simple, wait, that's all. After I paid 120$? Now he bring two guys to work on the car to the job faster and giving you a shifty job. You made me wait 2 hours, mind as well finish the job

I stopped by Supershine Car Wash on a whim after work, hoping to get my car cleaned, and I was genuinely impressed. I opted for the VIP Car Wash and can honestly say it’s the best interior and exterior cleaning I’ve ever had—my car looks and feels like new! Even the next day, both the inside and outside are still gleaming. A small note: some items I had left on my dashboard were moved during the cleaning (they needed to be), so it took me a moment to find them. That’s on me for not keeping track, but it shows how thorough the staff are. Speaking of which, everyone was extremely friendly, hardworking, and the price was very reasonable. This car wash is amazing, they do a really good job when cleaning up the cars, I take my truck here all the time and my wife car too, is fast, they clean everything, price is fair, they have a wax on the soap! Is pretty cool, if you get your car wash before any snow day, the snow will not stick to your car!

I needed my car washed from driving to Newark for a flight out. I stopped in to this car wash yesterday on Thursday January 22nd and wasn't sure what to expect. I couldn't believe how great my vehicle turned out on the outside. It was cleaner and dryer than my monthly car wash I pay for at home. By the way no one stole anything out of my vehicle.

I was a faithful customer of this company for years until I noticed items missing from my car. I inquired after these missing items, was given the runaround for a couple of weeks, was told I could look at footage and then given some type of paltry excuse by the manager, who promised I could see the footage, but never materialized. He said I had to watch what I put in my car instead. It's a shame that customers are treated this way and that no recompense is given even after a fair avenue of redress is sought. Clean car, but untrustworthy practices has made them lose me as a customer permanently. Have absolutely nothing in your car that could be of value, including chargers, umbrellas, socks... Oh and make sure that your trunk is completely empty because items will go missing from that as
