Supershine Xpress Carwash & Lube Alpharetta

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. After going through the drive-through wash, I noticed a crack in my windshield and fresh chipping on my pillar. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he immediately blamed it on “pre-existing damage” without properly investigating. I took my car to a repair shop right after, and they confirmed the chipping was recent — there was no rust present, which indicates it had just happened. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager dismissed my concerns. I trusted this business with my vehicle and left with damage and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend hand washing your car at home or choosing a different facility that stands behind their service. Very disappointing customer service experience.

We love it here. Always use the Carwash and oil changes. I took my son’s car in yesterday for an oil change and met the new service manager Damien. He was absolutely fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand about how the car works. My son’s car was in need of a few things and he was able to take care of it all. I left feeling confident in the work done. I told my husband about the visit and he was extremely impressed - especially with the level of customer service and honesty. You have definitely gained much more of our business than just cleaning the car! Thank you!

Getting your vehicle detailed is not the easiest thing to get done when I say super shine in Alpharetta blew it out of the park. I was amazed and impressed at the quality and service that Jeremy provided. Owning a black vehicle imperfections are always what you see and when left there my car was pretty much a showroom clean vehicle. Highly recommended Worth getting the membership for the full service detail 🙌🏻

Damien and Brandon did a fantastic job replacing brake pad and rotor on my BMW X5. I will definitely recommend them for brake services. I am going back soon for front wheel as well.
