Surf wash

Paid $15 for wash with bug prep and there was not one single bug removed. You're welcome for the $ but that'll be the last you ever get from me...

The car wash missed some of the backside of my car but did a good job on the remainder of my car. There needs to be crevice tools on some of the vacuums. They work great otherwise. The parking lot could be swept and maintained a bit better though. I liked that there are trashcans located by the vacuums.

Please be careful - In May I had a deep scratch on the back of my SUV. I originally thought someone hit me until I went through the car wash a second time in June and noticed more scratches on my car on the same area. I asked the kids that worked there and they all agreed that the car wash did it because they've had multiple issues like this. I filled an incident report and was ignored for a while, until the owner sent me blurry pictures of my vehicle saying that it wasn't his fault. I've tried to call him multiple times no answer. I'm left with paying $900 to fix this and not even a return call. Don't run a business if you can't take care of customers.

I have been here a million times and always get a great car wash. I’ve been to many tunnel car washes and Surf Wash is the first one that had a person who pre-washed my car (probably why my car always looks so clean). Vacuums are never clogged and always super powerful. Will continue washing my car here.

Great car wash! The employees did a really good job prepping my truck before entering. I also noticed the drives were wide which made it easy for trucks to enter the wash. I'll definitely be using this car wash from now on.
