I cant express how happy I am that I went to this dealership where do I even start. Orestes Ruano the Manager, let me start off by saying this is the most honest and blunt salesman I’ve ever come across I live in Orlando the dealership is in miami and this man did everything with me over the phone before the drive he was upfront about every single little detail about the car and the financing he worked with me on everything I asked and didnt make me feel like I was being manipulated or lied to, to make a sale. They filled my car with gas and washed it made sure the air pressure in the tires were good which is rare here in florida. Juan the financial advisor was 20/10 as well, the customer service level of this establishment should be what every car dealership aims to be it’s ridiculous. If

I had an amazing experience here at Sutton AutoSales! Starting from making the appointment they were so flexible with my hectic schedule. Then when I got there they were very up front and helped me, made me feel relaxed and had me look at a few different options. Orestes helped me choose the best option for me, which was affordable and convenient for me at the moment. Juan with financing was very straight forward and helped lower the payments with the banks. The next morning Sol, the girl that works there, picked me up so I didn't have to Uber to get my car! I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad she referred me because I had a great experience... highly recommended!

My experience with Sutton has been amazing! The manager Orestes always gives the best customer service and all the help you need to find the perfect car. I've bought a car from him before and also referred him people to buy their car. He also paid me a referral fee for a Ferrari and the customer was extremely happy with his purchase.
