They showed up way quicker than I expected and the driver was super down to earth and reassuring (which I definitely needed at that moment). Moving a custom bike is usually scary since most haulers just end up scratching the expensive paint. Finding myself broken down on the highway left me completely paranoid about who to call for help. But this crew clearly understands exactly what they are doing with special soft straps and extreme care. They tied the motorcycle perfectly upright and drove it all the way to my house safely. Late night flat tires are the worst thing ever especially when you hit a huge hole in the dark. It was pitch black on the side of the road and we were getting pretty scared as massive trucks flew past us. After finding their number online I gave them a ring hoping someone was awake. They picked right up and promised to send a flatbed truck out to our exact spot right away. The response time was shockingly fast for two in the morning. Very unprofessional. Tow fees are outrageous. Charged my brother over $7,000 to tow his cattle trailer 12 miles down the road. Tow fee should have been no more than $1,000. That's what his competitors would have charged. Even with daily impound fees, that's about $1,000.
