Sutton’s Towing & Recovery - Warrenton

The owner called the law when we were picking up our property and we already paid in full trying to intimidate us, Unprofessional and very overpriced.

One of my 18wheelers broke down and we had SEVERAL issues with a trailer. Sutton's was responsive, helpful, very kind, communicative, easy to reach, and made sure we were able to accomplish the task. I couldn't thank them enough.

Absolutely a bad deal. 1st off told one price on the phone and the price changes whenever the vehicles were delivered. I even repeated what I was told back to her and was told we might be able to come. Inoffered to give the driver a 20$ tip, then immediately it was yes ill have someone there in 1 hour. Imagine that, that alone should've been my red flag. But hey whatever wont make that mistake again. And I hope you don't either. On top of that, im the reason why my truck is even on the rollback. I crawled under it, hooked it up for the man and helped get it out of hole. If it wasn't for me and my back, one vehicle would've been left behind. Then once we get to new house, I can't get both vehicles where I wanted them. I now have to come along one of the cars in place. Buyer beware.! N

Called before 6am because my son’s car broke down on his way to work. Tow truck arrived within an hour. Great service all around!

Amazing service! They took good care of my car, were very professional and timely, and pricing was very reasonable!! 10/10 would recommend!
