⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I’ve been bringing four different vehicles to Sean at Suwanee Service Station for nearly 15 years — and every visit has confirmed why this place is my go-to shop. Over that time, I’ve experienced a full range of their services — everything from routine oil changes and tire rotations to engine work, brake and suspension repairs, alignment, transmission and exhaust work, and maintenance on both domestic and imported vehicles.  What impresses me most is their professionalism, honest assessment, and consistency. The staff always takes the time to explain needed work clearly and never pushes unnecessary services. My first time experience with Suwanee Service Station was extremely positive from start to finish. I set an appointment to have my car serviced and it was completed ahead of expected time. I have a Mercedes g 550. My warranty is up and Mercedes quoted me an unbelievable high price for what I needed done. I called around and when I called SSS, Zach who is the manager answered the phone. I had my estimate from Mercedes that I went over with him and he gave me an estimate right on the phone. I drove up for him to lay eyes on my car. He was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He ordered Mercedes parts and once they came in (they got there sooner than expected) I made an appt to drop my car off and they had me in and out in a day. Zach made sure I had a ride home and a ride back when my car was ready. There was no waiting around I was in and out. This process was so easy. Being a lady going in by myself I’m always afraid that I will get taken advantage of. Here

This is the only place I trust with my vehicle. I've had a 2019 Tacoma and I now have a 2019 Audi, I only get them serviced at this location. I have never had any issues after any service. The staff is very attentive, detailed and professional each time. 10/10 recommend

I had a sudden incident on road going over something that popped my steering fluid pump and thank gooodnesss they were open over weekend for me to go asap in the morning ! They were very communicative and worked with me on how to move forward with payment and what to look out for and was very quick with getting things done while maintaining communication still and great hospitality and manners :)
