How about that! Great diagnosis, great service, great price, great expertise, and all super quick! I’m normally in Orange County, but I will gladly travel to La Crescenta just for Joseph’s great insights and service. I was purchasing a Volvo nearby and asked for an inspection without any appointment. I’m sure that they can’t always be so available, however, in my case it was the difference between buying and not. Joe identified something serious but repairable and had us on the road the next morning. Extra kudos for having parts in stock! I would have passed up this vehicle without their help. We’ll be back for sure.

Be aware they are not a trustworthy shop for a VOLVO. This is a long review, but please read it before taking your car there. They not only over charged for after market pieces, as they also damaged our car that never been in an accident before, but now thanks to this "specialist shop" our car has an accident report. They called their insurance to fix the damage they did to our car body in their shop while there were "fixing" it. We took our XC90 for a regular maintenance there, and also told them there was an engine light . They did their analysis and called us back for brakes replacement that according to them were damaged and we needed new ones, $1900 for everything . I went to this Volvo shop to fix my Tesla, and they were amazing. They changed my brakes and battery super fast and did a great job. Everyone there was really nice and knew what they were doing. My car drives so smooth now.

Great shop! They fixed my Volvo quickly and for a fair price. The mechanics really know what they’re doing, and they work on all kinds of cars, not just Volvos. I’ll definitely be coming back.
