Got the wrong axles from the sister dealer for 448. Came to this dealer another 50 mins away, called ahead letting them know I was x time out and verified fitment. When I got there I had walked into to a younger guy playing on his phone, I asked him how it was going and let him know I had called about the axles a little bit ago. He tells me oh the other guy pulled them i don’t know where they are and he’s with someone right now. I understand being with a customer and giving time and respect in such aspect however I called ahead and a simple “hey where are those axles you pulled?” Wouldn’t be rude. Horrible customer service. We purchased a used dirt bike off of someone who lives in that area, who had bought a battery from this business. They sold the battery not charged, claiming the manufacturer sends it to them at 30%, so on top of the $139.95 (overpriced) battery, the buyer also had to purchase a charger to charge the new battery. We picked up the dirt bike the next day, and right off the charger it cranked. Got the bike home only to try to start it and it wouldn't turn over. We tested the battery and it was a bad, faulty battery. We live 1.5 hours away, so I called and explained our situation and they refused to send us another battery. ..Stating we would need to drive the faulty battery back there to make the exchange, but they didn't have any in stock so it'd be at least a week

I have bought 2 machines from this location and each time my expectations were blown away. Best service dept, sales dept, and parts dept. Always helpful. Friendly staff and all around great dealership to work with! Will continue my business here always.

Recently, my son had an issue with his dirtbike. The dealer dropped everything they were doing to get my son’s machine back on the road as soon as possible and this is not the first time we have used them where we had an incident that the vacation could’ve been ruined and they have always gotten us back on the road so that we can continue enjoying our vacation on the trails at Hatfield and McCoy.

Customer service was awesome and they were able to get me back going quickly and efficiently!
