I was in a car accident that caused substantial damage to my passenger-side rear door, and the initial estimate from GEICO was ridiculously low from the start. Jason and Joe at Swampscott Collision were absolute advocates for me throughout the entire process. They pushed back on the insurance company and made sure the repairs were done the right way, not the cheap way. Even though the insurance company continues to go back and forth over every single nut and bolt, Swampscott Collision stood their ground and restored my car to like-new condition. When I picked up my car from Swampscott Collision I was so impressed with how immaculate the interior was…the exterior too but, WOW, the interior looked like it was a brand new car…my car is 5 years old!! Excellent customer service by both Jason and Joe in repairing damage to my Jeep Cherokee. They worked with the insurance adjuster to have the repairs covered, which was a lot higher than initial estimate by the insurance company. I did not have to deal with the insurance adjuster at all . When I picked up the car it looked like new, fully detailed inside and out. This is the 2nd car I’ve brought to them and the 1st experience was just as good.
