Swedish Auto A & B

If you have a Saab and you live in San Diego, look no further than Swedish Auto A&B. Trust me - I have a 2008 Saab with almost 250K miles on it and I have gone to basically every European/"Swedish" auto shop in the area. No one does a better job than Rafael. He is THE Saab expert in San Diego. Reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. I will never bring my car to anyone but him for even the most minor issues. Beyond 5 stars, I highly, highly reccommend!!

By far the best Saab shop! I've owned my Saab for over 5 years and tried several shops in and around San Diego. Rafael is the most knowledgeable Saab mechanic. Rafael goes above and beyond. I have finally found a shop for my Saab and would highly recommend it.

I've been going to Swedish Auto A and B since I was a fledging adult in about 2010 or so. Rafael has been taking care of me the whole time. I won't let anyone else touch my car. He's always honest and up front about repairs and gets the job done right. If you have a Saab, don't go anywhere else.

We have used this shop off and on for about 35 years. We are on SAAB number 6 and previously owned a Volvo as well. The service level has improved as Raphael has become more customer-focused than in the past. Prices are reasonable and he gives a realistic timeline for completion and sticks to it. In the past few months he was able to take care of urgent needs same day without an appointment. This is not a fancy place with coffee and a flat-screen equipped waiting room.

Swedish Auto AB (aka SAAB) is THE shop to take your Saab. Rafael takes his Saabs seriously. He knows what he is doing and will take great care of your Saab as if it was his own. Reasonably priced and does quality work - including working with suppliers to locate genuine Saab parts. I needed a duplicate key and Rafael worked with the supplier until they got it right. Ultimate customer service !
