Mark is the best! He is genuine and straightforward. He does an honest day of work and I truly appreciate his services and good nature. Hes helped me out with my Volvo plenty of times with great results everytime.

Mark is ethical and competent - that says a lot for a mechanic. 1st time I went to Swedish Import Services I had an issue that he could fix but recommended I check with Volvo as it was on an expired recall but they might still do the work for free (I persisted with Volvo and they did finally cover the cost). He turned down business to help me. Wow. Subsequent repairs with Mark have been great and its nice knowing you are working with an expert in Volvos who is looking out for your best interests. Highly recommend.
