Their customer service is excellent. Especially Oscar R. who is absolutely outstanding and genuinely cares for his customers. Oscar was extremely personable, kind, and totally understanding and took the time to listen and provide his exceptional knowledge. These guys do it right and know how to treat people. Well done and thank you ! And their coffee in the customer lounge is great!!

Isaiah is great at what he does, ask for Isaiah when looking to buy a New or Used car. He will find something that works for you, he is a great listener and will be delightful to work with. When I called in he answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed. When I went to buy my new to me Blazer RS, Isaiah had the Blazer Pulled up ready to go. Never felt pressured by the staff at Thousand Oaks Chevy. Tony, Josh, and Jeremy also welcomed me and my wife with open arms. It was a smooth process and couldn’t be happier. After the sale Pejman congratulated me making me feel even more comfortable. Thank you Isaiah and his team for making a stressful situation feel like a family reunion!

My 2018 Range Rover L has had an ongoing coolant leak issue. I’ve replaced the same defective part twice, both out of pocket, and now it’s leaking again. Land Rover knows this part was faulty (they’ve since replaced it with an aluminum version), but they only warranty parts for one year. This is now a $5,000 repair for the third time, and when I asked Swickard Auto Group / Land Rover Thousand Oaksto request a goodwill warranty from Land Rover, they declined. Luis made my car buying experience ridiculously easy. I called him in the morning and let him know I will be coming by in the evening to purchase a vehicle and he did all the extra work for me including researching my banks APR’s vs Lexus APR. I received my keys and all my paperwork in about 2 hours. Luis walked me around the vehicle, helped me set up my Lexus app and answered all my questions about my new car. I visited 3 different Lexus dealerships and Luis was my favorite sales advisor hands down. I love this guy! Ahaha give him a raise! I have bought 3 range rovers from Thousand Oaks Landrover. The new owner and management are an extreme disappointment. I have been dealing with noise in my driver side window since February on my new Range Rover.All they have are excuses for fixing the problem.There customer service is awful. Nobody seems to care over there anymore. Very sad...
