Swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

I have a 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel and a check engine light come on. I went to the local parts store to get the code. The code is U010C, P00AF, and P003A. All related with the turbocharger. This truck only has 64,000 miles on it and I'm the original owner. Swope Dodge said it would be 3 weeks before they could even look at it. This part is still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Three weeks to even diagnose the problem is POOR customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Pretty ridiculous you can’t speak to a human. Called to request a service appointment and ask a few questions but the system won’t connect to a person. It’s just an automated version of scheduling an appointment online. If you don’t choose an appointment that’s available, it disconnects the call.

I purchased a vehicle from this lot today. It’s a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I’m 19 years old so this is my first big purchase and I could not have chosen a better lot to go to. I started off at the Nissan lot next door with a wonderful sales-woman named Lindsey who sent me to an equally great salesman named Ryan @ Swope CDJR. Both of which were a great help! Very kind, personable, and professional. They got me into a car quickly at a great interest rate and payment. Could not be happier!

Never purchased a vehicle from there but the manager and staff helped me with an issue that was no fault of their own. Very curious.

I had to take my car in for a factory recall on the airbag dropped it off went to IHOP and back and my car was done I appreciate the speedy service and the staff was great keep up the good work.
