Swope Collision Center and Body Shop

Extremely poor communication throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired. Anytime I wanted something, I had to call them and wait on hold for someone to call someone else. Parts on backorder had no resolution. I asked when it would be delivered and was always told "soon" without a confirmation of shipping or timeliness - just a lot of guesses when it would be ready. A repair that was supposed to take 4 days took 2 weeks until I badgered the office every day for an hour or more until they found the right part at another dealership and got it there. Note: we ordered the parts in mid-January and I didnt turn in the car until 3 weeks later. They never told me the part was back ordered (which is strange because its available for order from Mopar) and when I dropped it off they never s

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Absolutely worst management, and vehicle took 8 days for 3.2 hours of labor to replace a truck headlight ONLY. Took 2 months to get vehicle in and it is worse now. Btw, all parts to get access to light were already taken off. First estimate 7k, 2nd 3k, and final 11k to fix.

The service quote was quick and the service was excellent. We were worried how the repair would look afterwards and how long it was going to take. The whole process took about 19 days and came out wonderful! So thankful!

My experience with SNCC (Swope Nissan Collision Center) has had it's ups and downs.... The backstory... Had a suicidal deer jump out in front of me and I didn't avoid him properly. The front of the hood on my car was mushed in a bit and the grill was pushed in as well. The car was completely drivable, so the damage wasn't too bad, but it is my baby, so upsetting nonetheless. My insurance is through State Farm, and this is not a preferred repair center, so all transactions had to be approved via the appraiser. This added an extra layer of complexity on top of everything else, mind you, SNCC did just fine with this, as far as I could tell, and any issues are more an issue with State Farm than anything else, so that is separated from this review. I want to say, that they did an amazing job, on fixing my car!! It looks as new, as it was, when we bought the car from them at the end of January, I believe it was.. (someone hit it shortly after we bought it and caused $10,000 worth of damage so they fixed it) but I am absolutely pleased with how my car is looking and we actually have to send it back again for something else. Thank you all for helping us, even if it did take almost 3 months to get it back because of the long process 😅 I’m sure you guys were glad to be done with our car 😭🤣💀 thank you again!!
