Swope Hyundai Service

Customer service is always top notch!!! Immediately approached upon arrival by not one but two service managers (Lacy and Junior)...ready to assist. I was informed of what my service consisted of and gave me the option of any changes I wanted. While waiting, was kept abreast of the service and what was being done. Wait time was about an hour 15 minutes.

Very disappointing service visit on 1/7/26. First off, I am currently on my 3rd new vehicle purchase from here, so I have obviously have had no problems in the past. My recent trip to the service department, on 1/7/26, however, was easily the most disappointing and quite frankly, upsetting experience I have ever had with any service department before. I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked in at the dealership early at 8:23, and was greeted by service advisor, Lacey Gray. She verified all my info, looked over my car, asked if I was waiting there, told her I was, and she told me they would get to work on it. I headed to the waiting area and got a text with service order and noted the promised completion time of 9:15am (pic attached). Everything seem

SLOW! My appointment was at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation (not sure tire rotation was done). Vehicle was not done until 10:50am. 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous by anyone's standards.

Lacey always goes above for me when I come in for service; or to ask her questions. She helped me with new wipers; and with tire prices today. Really appreciate her help.

Got both of our cars done in a timely manner. Great customer service from Lacey Gray. Thanks folks
