Sylvania Car Wash

I go there all the time. Only car wash and now all of a sudden for getting a $7 wash option my card is being charged $10. Never had this problem before but unless it’s gets fixed I’ll be going somewhere else. I also can’t not get hold of anyone on the phone number provided

We used to use this wash all the time, but it kept getting worse and worse. Today was the last time I throw $8 away on the “best” wash. So much for “spot free rinse”! Stay away if you care about your vehicle!!

Automated car wash was not properly working, took my $5 and when I entered it did nothing - message on payment system said CAR WASH IN USE. I moved over to the self wash and deposited $3 and the bay didn't have soap. I basically lost $8 to squirt plain water on my dirty car. When I attempted to call, I got a computer/FAX machine.

The only reason I'm not giving it a one star is because it lets you start out at $1.75 as most other car washes You have to pay $2 at least to start it. other than that nothing spit out anything else other than water other than the foam brush as well as that multicolor foam ceiling and even that was unsufficient with half of it being water and the other half being watered down suds. no tire cleaner, no prewash, no high foam suds, no clear coat and no sealer coming out of the gun no matter how long I waited spraying the whole time at the ground for suds to appear. last time I'm ever going there

Went through the automatic wash and paid for the premium $8 wash. Sprayer was malfunctioning and didn't clear the salt off of the front of my vehicle at all. Called the number and no one answered. These type of car washes are just going to close down with having zero customer service or support and the new ones popping up everywhere. Will be disputing the charge since they didn't answer my call and couldn't leave a voicemail.
