Synergy Service Center

Went here for them to replace a water pump, it cost me 600 dollars to get it replaced when it was all said and done. The thing was the car continued to have the same problems so I took it somewhere else out of convenience to check it out. The mechanic told me that they did not think the water pump had in fact been replaced and showed me that it was the old beat up and broken one that I thought had been fixed. I am now out 2,000 dollars getting something fixed that I thought in confidence had been resolved for a good price. I would be very careful with this establishment and most definitely not recommend having any work done here if you expect to get what you're paying for.

I got a flat tire, and when asked, they suggested the name of someone to tow my car to their shop. I had it towed and Synergy plugged the tire very quickly and even put air in all 4 tires for me. I was back on the road in no time! Thank you very much for helping me.

I retired to Strasburg from NYC in 2022. I typically brought my 2 cars to their respective dealerships for service but after moving here a neighbor of mine recommended Synergy Service Center and I have been a customer ever since. Synergy has become our go-to shop over the last many years, because we value their expertise, courtesy, and practical approach to auto repairs. This time around we were experiencing a slow tire leak. The issue was a corroded valve with an integrated tire sensor. Dalton at Synergy tried to save us money with a universal part, but it turned out that we needed an OEM sensor so the TPMS would function properly. Replacing the sensor was quick & affordable. I think that if you stay on top of regular maintenance and attend to repair needs along the way, Synergy will do their best to keep your old car running smoothly and safely.
