I've been taking my car here for maybe five years now and won't go anywhere else. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and always helpful. They're as accommodating as possible with scheduling and always get my car taken care of quickly. Prices are as competitive as you'll find. Not once have I been shocked when I looked at my bill. My sister started going here as well and she's been very happy. Can't recommend them enough.

The staff were all pleasant and welcoming . The mechanics were busy but appeared to be at ease with each other and customers. The atmosphere was warm but professional. The main office was clean and comfortable at Syracuse Auto Works . My vehicle was assessed promptly and information detailed to me by owner Tim Donahue. I will be making an appointment in the next few weeks for repairs to be made . I was very pleased and impressed with this visit and would recommend them to anyone .
