T & J Auto Repair

Wow, what great service. We were visiting in Gladwin. The engine light came on and was worried of travel a long distance home. We called T and J on the morning, they got us in at 2:00, had the part, and had it fixed and back on the road at 3:00!! So impressed with the kindness, understanding of our dire situation, and knowledge of staff! Lou was amazing!! Highly recommend T and J for auto needs.

I had to get my car's oil changed, tire rotation and a tire sensor replacement. My first time there and the service was outstanding. They never pushed anything else on me that I didn't need just to make an extra buck like most other places do, other than the services I asked for. They are very professional, kind and hard working people. They answered any questions I had and took care of my car like it was it was their own (especially driving my car to the other garage next door for the tire rotation and tire sensor replacement). Another bonus, I came there previously for the tire sensor question I told her I couldn't check it myself since I'm allgeric to latex in the tires (yes tires have latex), she remembered that, took some Lysol wipes and wiped down everything inside my car she touched

I found the staff down-to-earth and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions that I asked except they did not know the next winning lottery numbers. I was allowed to inspect the completed work and even pictures. The installation was clean and neat. I received an upfront cost for parts and labor. They will even give you a cup of coffee if you beg like a drunken sailor trying to sober up.

Was in a car accident took my car to high caliber. They subbed almost all the work to T an J. These people could not get it right they had my truck over three times it still leaked antifreeze and tranny fluid and after two different times- finally the third time High caliber sent me to Ford to have it fixed correctly. Do not recommend high caliber or T an J auto repairs they give you the runaround and they have bad attitudes when you confront them about it. Stay clear.

Came here for a second opinion after getting a diagnosis from a "reputable" auto shop in Gladwin. They took the time to actually look at my vehicle and tell me what was really wrong with it, instead of some bull crap diagnosis because they didn't want to work on it. My technician was very transparent, and explained everything to me. I'm switching to T&J for all of my business needs, and you should too! Promise, you won't be disappointed.
