T J Auto Repair

One of my front windshield wipers popped off after the last snow storm. I was unable to pop it back into place. I had read good reviews about TJ Auto so I brought my car there. The owner came right outside and popped the wiper back in place. I asked if I needed a new one and was told “no, looks like it is brand new”. I offered to pay and was told “no charge”! I just moved into the area and will definitely bring my vehicles to TJ Auto for service!

I have been here once for a tire alignment and decent work solid price besides a few slight buffs in my seat that I had to take out but after just dropping off my car and being quoted $494 just for labor of a spark plug change I will never be bringing my car here again lol ridiculous

Amazing and Extremely nice owner. Forgot to ask his name. Was helping us yesterday at JFK High school. Right after we trying to reach out someone who can help us for 2hours. Finally we find TJ. Five minutes after a phone call. Another five minutes he solves the problem. Really appreciate you and two of the police officers helping us. God bless!!

Jimmy the owner is Truly a terrible person, was told by him that the car I bought from him was sound and all good but within the first week of buying it broke down twice and he never responded and when I showed up to his shop he told me I would have to pay full price when it was not a week after buying it from him treated terrible and given no respect after spending thousands on a car from him highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Brought my car here recently. They fixed the issues but also introduced a new one - they called and told me I needed the battery replaced but I opted to not have them do it (planning on going somewhere else). Since I got the car back though, it now takes a few seconds to start up - which was NOT happening before. I also had inspection done at Honda a week before I left it here, and they reported the battery was totally fine. TJ auto says Honda “probably missed it”…. Not sure what kind of scam this is. Also - the woman on the phone was quite rude on numerous phone calls. I get having a bad day but probably best to not take it out on customers. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with her in person.
