I was satisfied. I didn't like having to spend a much money as i did... but i HAD to get these things done!

At approximately 4:00 p.m. November 17th you've had a red truck which appear to be of a newer Dodge ram like hold into your parking lot as I was driving my bicycle in the bike lane heading southbound. This red vehicle was driving a half a mile in the bike lane attempting to hit me head on. If this is an employee, you need to do something about that considering you have a contract with the North Adams Police department and people like this are driving disgustingly in the public trying to hit citizens

Having been a customer for years I can say that T+M are exemplary. Mike is so accommodating. Each and every person on his team, from the amazing people in the reception, scheduling area (Liz, Damien) to the repair, oil changing, inspecting, repairing people are so through, efficient and friendly. Kudos to Mike Milazzo for creating such an incredible, cohesive, GREAT team!

I always had my repairs and annual inspection done here. The staff was always friendly. Today I had a flat tire repaired on short notice. They allowed me to drop in so that they could take a look. It turned out to be a very small job, but nevertheless, the staff was courteous and patient throughout the entire process, explaining everything and what to expect along the way. They fixed the problem as quickly as possible and I was back on the road in no time. They treat their customers really well. Honest and extremely friendly service! A++!
