Good customer service very friendly and always willing to help

I went in for a powersteering pump and related work. I had been asked about additional work needed to be done of a O2 sensor and Brakes calipers and brakes. I expressed my brakes to be done because it was in my budget but the O2 sensor I can wait till December near my inspection or do it myself. Because I didn't hear anything the following day I called and got the actual mechanic on the line. He ran by me couple more things and even mentioned Anne said I was on a budget. Bill insist I get the alignment which would had brought me roughly 100.00 over budget and i would had taken care of it on that Friday. He had mentioned a couple things like my tires and other things. But I declined because I couldn't afford it but told him to go ahead and do the alignment because it was good for the work h

Annie is very nice even tho I came at end of day cause the police took longer than i thought. It was her Wedding Anniversary and even tho she had plans she still took care of me and was nice and helpful. Hope she had a wonderful night since I made her few mins late.
