I absolutely recommend this shop , their customer service is in incredible they had originally told me it would be a four hour job. It was done within two hours of me dropping off my car. They were very communicative from the beginning entering the time that the car was at their shop. They kept me informed they didn’t try to sue me on anything. They actually recommended ways for me to be able to save during my visit just an overall an amazing and honest shop.and amazing fair prices 🔥🔥❤️

I brought my car in for some quotes as other mechanics had mentioned certain repairs were needed. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly but I had my front brakes and rotors replaced same day! They had plenty of cars already in the shop so this was only possible due to them prioritizing fast service. I didn’t feel pressured into additional services and appreciated the time he took explaining the additional needed repairs for the future. Highly recommend!

Phong was very accommodating. Today it was raining pretty bad and he was able to fit me in a smog check very quickly. I also appreciate that they add air to tires, check your oil, and take a look under your car as a courtesy. Lilly at the office was also very nice too! I had issues with my air system and my front blinker was out. They were very communicative and corrected all issues same day. Very friendly and provided extensive details on the questions I had about the issues. I would highly recommend their services.

Loved my experience at TP Phong and Lily were so nice and so helpful. My smog test was super quick and they even helped me attach my new license plate later in the day. They made the experience quick and easy I would recommend going here to anyone.
