I could write an entire Shakespearean sonnet dedicated to this place. Nobody will ever touch my fragile 2011 Jeep liberty but them. They were easy to communicate with, fair price, great work, and quick! If you’re looking for a sign this is it, choose TP.

Was recommended to TP brake and muffler by my own mechanic that was too busy to see me right away. Wait time was reasonable. Price was fair. Job was done right. I was in a jam and these guys really came thru for me. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here a few times for muffler work on a few different vehicles. The guys are nice, straightforward and always give you a price up front and explain what you need. This is the only place I go for muffler work in the Utica area. Trustworthiness is hard to find. Get there early and you won’t have to wait much to get seen, and then wander down to Willie’s for breakfast while you wait.

I was there yesterday to get my studded tires on the staff was unbelievably friendly. I will definitely go there again. I am not sure who the gentleman was that helped me but he truly is a godsend. Thank you so much.

I've been a customer for several years never had a problem. The owner and staff are the best all the work I've had done are with quality parts and staff . If you have a problem after the work or part fails they well go to great lengths to fix it . This is a family business it's been around for a long time . I believe in doing business here the cost is worth it .thank you for all you do .
