Todd and Rainee are simply awesome! Incredibly skilled at body work and repairs. With an older truck like mine that just naturally will need work done in these wonderful New England weather conditions. I brought my 2009 Saturn Sky in for new brake pads and rotors, which I purchased myself. They quoted me $400 to do the work, to which I agreed, even though I had quotes from other locations at $300 and $350. Why did I go to T&R? Because they're near where I live and their posted hours were good for my work. The day they finished the work they called to say it was finished, but no one was available at that time of day to get the car. I asked what time the next day they would be open so I could come over and get it. They couldn't give me a time, despite having posted hours on their door. Then they said "we really need cash." I asked if they could deliver the car, be in the car when my wife went to the bank in the car, get them the cash, and pay them. They said no. That delayed us a
