I went to t robs today for the first time , I just moved to the area and live very close by. I asked for an oil change and a new tire put replacement for a spare that was old and dry rotted . LSS … about 10 mos ago I fixed the spare and forgot I had taken care of it . Instead of changing it and charging me for it , the mechanic came in to tell me my spare looked brand new and in better shape than most being a full size. The guys are all super polite , great pricing and most of all honest enough to save me money they lost . I intend to always go back for care care needs and maintenance

The best customer service around!! Trust worthy. It's a great feeling going to a shop and knowing they will take care of you without adding on unnecessary things. For example. A fee years ago I had just bought a second hand car, went for an oil change. Mr. T Rob told me my oil was great and could go probably another 2000 miles. He could have done the oil change anyway. They now have a new owner who is also a mechanic. I was having trouble with my air conditioning in my car. I paid another mechanic who took advantage of me in total about 1800.00 with it breaking 3 more times after he "fixed it" I took it to the new owner at T-Robs and he was so sweet and understood what I had been through. At the end of the day, I picked up my car. AC working and he only charged me 60.00. So with al
