I paid 40 bucks he told me that my car had to run. But when I went back he said he would need 40 more and every time. So I decided to let go of my $40 and went to a different shop the shop did smog test and once it passed they asked for $45 one time fee which was great.

Looked at the inside of my car, saw a roll cage and said out loud "Oh No". Didn't know how the get into the engine bay, looked at my catalytic converter for a second then says I don't want to deal with this and hands me back my keys. I have a 100% street legal catalytic converter that was on my car last year when I last got it tested. Lazy smog shop owner.
