Test drove 2009 Suburban and I made a deal to trade in my 2006 HHR but later discovered that this unit has the feature of cylinder deactivation which is not good for a purchaser for a vehicle that has nearly 200,000 mi on it. The owner and salesman at this location was very friendly and understanding.

When my tow vehicle broke down in nearby Wind River Canyon while on vacation with my family, they found me a fix to get back onto the road to finish my vacation in under 24 hours. Karl went above and beyond what I'd expect in terms of customer service, even driving out to catch us as we were leaving town to share expert advice on something to keep an eye on while traveling, as he was out of the shop when we picked up the vehicle earlier that morning. The other five mechanics I spoke with in town that day were unable to help me, because there were too busy with other customers vehicles in their shops.
