I stopped in to get an estimate because they are rated five stars thought they would provide good customer service along with quality work I walk in a guy sitting at a desk I asked him if I could get an estimate he looks at me up and down and says we're not giving out estimates right now I'm booked out for 4 months. So I left just imagine if I was willing to wait 4 months to get my car fixed no qualifying questions just launched me out the door because he was too lazy to do an estimate you will for sure lose business this way I will never be back drove 5 minutes down the road to caliber collision had an estimate thoroughly explained to me in my hand within 15 minutes I will be taking my car there to have the work done. Don't waste your time folks.

Honesty, integrity, and great workmanship. All things that are hard to find in this day and age but Tim is all of that and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
