T & W Tire

I just want to thank everybody here for always being there to support my family business and all of our equipment tire needs. Mr Brad always comes out and takes care of me every time I come in. My trailer has a unique tire size which he just happens to have every time I need one. So long as I am in the area, this is my first stop every time. The prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. A family type atmosphere to support our family's business. Love them.

One of our trucks stopped here for a flat tire. The shop took the tires off and then said the their “insurance” doesn’t allow them to install anything but brand new tires that have a crazy mark up. They wouldn’t install out good condition spares and after going back and forth with the manager they finally put the old tire on and we got the hell out of there. Went down the street and had spares installed without an issue.

Yesterday my driver came to this service. He was told that they would not put a spare tire. They offered to put their brand new tire, but they don’t have an account. They don't have used tires. Also, the service staff were drunk from them a strong smell of alcohol. When I called the service, they told me that today they did not have free people, while it was clear from the voice that the employee was drunk. But when I said that my driver is already with them and I know that they don’t have anyone now, they transferred me to another line and didn’t pick up the phone anymore.

I'm not commercial--I have a motorhome with a Freightliner chassis---Uses commercial tires though. I was not treated any differently at T&W.... I had requested a quote previously from another shop in Fort Worth and I was treated very poorly like as an RV'r I was sort of a joke--Kind of had me intimidated. T&W treated me AWESOME. The other thing that blew my mind was just how quickly they turned me around. They do not take appointments so I showed up just after they opened- 7:30am. I swear I was in and out in about an hour--ALL SIX TIRES. I 100% recommend T&W for heavy chassis RV owners.

I brought my truck here to get a wheel seal warranty from a different location done and that guy had a steer tire wheel seal done and out the door in less than one hour
